Booking & Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party slot.

• The full amount must be paid no later than 7 days before the party date.

Guest Numbers:

• If fewer children attend on the day, no refund will be given.

• Additional children beyond the confirmed number will be charged

Party Duration & Schedule:

General:

• Parties last for the duration Specified in the selected option.

Exclusive Parties:

• Hosts are encouraged to arrive 15-30 minutes early.

• All guests must vacate the party area promptly at the end of the allocated time.

Food & Beverages:

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for birthday cakes and certain dietary needs, with prior approval.

• We must be informed of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

Add-Ons:

• Add-on services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

General Terms:

• The host is responsible for the behavior of all invited guests.

• Any damage caused to the facility by party guests may incur additional charges.

• Management reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse a party in the event of unforeseen circumstances or policy violations.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the party date: Deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) within 3 months.

• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the party: 50% of total payment will be retained.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party: No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling:

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the original date.

• One-time rescheduling is permitted free of charge, subject to availability.

No-Shows:

• Failure to attend the event without prior notice will result in loss of all payments made.
