  • Currently, we do not offer babysitting or drop-off services. Parents or guardians are required to stay on-site and supervise their children during their visit.

  • Yes, we provide lockers for storing personal belongings. Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and you can obtain a key from the front desk.

  • Yes, we strive to create an inclusive environment for all children. We offer sensory-friendly play sessions and have staff trained to support children with autism. If you have specific needs, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary accommodations.

  • We are open Sunday to Thursday from 10 AM to 10 PM, and on weekends from 10 AM to 12 AM.

  • We follow a rigorous cleaning schedule, which includes sanitizing play equipment multiple times a day.

  • Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons, all children and adults entering the play areas must wear socks. If you forget to bring socks, we have them available for purchase at the front desk.

  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of our staff, who are trained in emergency response procedures. We have first aid kits on-site and staff members certified in CPR and first aid. Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the facility.

  • Yes, if a child is reported missing, we immediately initiate our lost child procedure, which includes alerting all staff, securing all exits, and conducting a thorough search of the facility. Parents should report to the front desk immediately if their child is missing.

  • Yes, you are welcome to take photos and videos of your own children. However, please be mindful of other guests' privacy and avoid capturing images of other children without their parents' consent.

  • Yes, we have an on-site café at Dalma Mall only that offers a variety of snacks, drinks, and light meals. We also have a designated seating area for parents to relax while their children play.

  • To ensure the safety of all children, we have height and weight restrictions on certain equipment. These restrictions are clearly posted, and our staff is always available to assist and provide guidance.

  • We have a wide range of play equipment including climbing structures, slides, a ball pit, trampolines, interactive play panels, soft play areas for toddlers, and sensory play zones. Each area is designed to be safe and fun for children of various ages.

  • Yes but for children of Age more than 3 years only for smaller children and for safety reasons, we require that a parent or guardian remains on-site while their child is playing. We do not offer drop-off services at this time for children ager 3 years and below.

  • Yes, we have a comfortable seating area with free Wi-Fi and a café where parents can relax and enjoy a snack or drink while keeping an eye on their children at Dalma Mall for now but we have plannes to add this services in Deerfields as well soon.

  • Absolutely! We encourage parents to engage and play with their children. However, for safety reasons, we ask that parents follow the same rules and guidelines as the children.
