    We have a wide range of play equipment including climbing structures, slides, a ball pit, trampolines, interactive play panels, soft play areas for toddlers, and sensory play zones. Each area is designed to be safe and fun for children of various ages.

    No, memberships are non-transferable.
  • Can I drop off my child and leave?
    Yes but for children of Age more than 3 years only for smaller children and for safety reasons, we require that a parent or guardian remains on-site while their child is playing. We do not offer drop-off services at this time for children ager 3 years and below.

    We have a lost and found box located at the front desk. If you realize you've lost something after leaving, please call us with a description of the item, and we will do our best to locate it for you.

    Yes, we have a comfortable seating area with free Wi-Fi and a café where parents can relax and enjoy a snack or drink while keeping an eye on their children at Dalma Mall for now but we have plannes to add this services in Deerfields as well soon.
  • Can parents join in the play?
    Absolutely! We encourage parents to engage and play with their children. However, for safety reasons, we ask that parents follow the same rules and guidelines as the children.
  • What are the rules for using the play equipment?
    Our rules are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests. Key rules include no rough play, no climbing on the outside of structures, and no food or drinks in the play areas.     Yes, we have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. Any incidents of bullying should be reported to our staff immediately. We will take appropriate action to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children.

    We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payments for party bookings and memberships can also be made through bank transfer.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Day pass admissions are non-refundable. For party bookings, cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee. Memberships are non-refundable but can be paused or transferred under certain circumstances.

    Our basic party package includes 2 hours of playtime, a private party room, a party host, themed decorations, invitations, pizza, drinks, and a birthday cake. Additional add-ons such as party favors, character visits, and extra playtime are available.

    You are welcome to bring your own decorations for your party. However, we do not allow confetti, glitter, or open flames (such as candles other than on birthday cakes) for safety and cleanliness reasons. Please coordinate with our staff to ensure a smooth setup.
